How do I become a member?

To be a member and receive our exclusive offers, you just need to register on our website with your email address. Being a member has no cost or purchase commitment. You can register here

How can I recommend WINELIFE to my friends?
If you want to recommend us to your friends and let us know that they come from you, you can do so in the “Recommend to a friend” section, in the My Account section.

You can share the unique link that we provide or send an email to your contacts from our platform, importing your agenda or including their email addresses manually.
Your friends will receive a € 10 welcome gift voucher upon registration and you will receive a € 10 gift voucher when they make their first purchase.

You can follow the status of your invitations and send reminders by entering My Account> My Recommended

Someone has recommended me. How can I indicate that I am coming from you?
All you have to do is open the email that your friend sends you, click on the link that you will see in the body of the email and a new page will open for you to register as a new member of the ‘The WineLifers’ team.
By being recommended, you have an additional advantage in your registration as a member, since you have a € 10 discount if you make a purchase of 60 euros on your first order with us, redeemable during the next 15 days from your registration.
How do I unsubscribe?
It would be a shame to lose you, since if you unsubscribe, all your personal data will be deleted, you will lose the discounts and benefits of being a member and the history of your orders with us will be deleted. If you still want to cancel your subscription, you can unsubscribe by sending an email to info@wine-life.es with the word “BAJA” in the subject of the email. Tell us your personal data and the reason for the withdrawal so that we can do better in the future.

Orders

In what state is my order?
From Winelife we ​​will send you emails with the status of your order so that you are aware of it. If you prefer, you can call the customer service number 682 489751 from Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. for more information
What should I do if I was absent at the time of delivery?
Don’t worry, we won’t punish you without your box of wine. We will call you back until we can set a new delivery date. In any case, you can also contact us directly at tel. 682 489 751 from Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. or by sending an email to pedidos@wine-life.es
Can I go to pick up my order somewhere?
In the case of not having coincided in the delivery or having difficulties due to your schedule or whatever, you could tell us by phone or by mail, that you prefer to pick it up yourself and we would leave it for you in our associated store ‘Sweet Lucy’, located in Palma, in Ctra. Valldemossa, 60, in 24/48 hrs.
What should I do if the order is damaged or incomplete?
If at the time you receive your order you find the box damaged or signs of breakage, you must refuse the order and contact us through our Customer Service channel at pedidos@wine-life.es or by phone 682 489 751 from Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
How can I modify or cancel an order?
If you have changed your mind, let us know within the terms indicated in the conditions so that we have time to modify or cancel your order. You can get in touch with us through our Customer Service channel at the email pedidos@wine-life.es or by phone 682 489 751 from Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
What days and at what times do you deliver the orders?
If there are no exceptional causes or incidents, we normally serve our orders between the 5th and 10th of each month, between 9am and 7pm from Monday to Friday and Saturdays from 9am to 2pm.
Can I choose the time I want my order delivered?
You can choose the time of day you prefer that we deliver your order. Morning or afternoon. If we cannot find you, we will call you until we find you and be able to arrange a new delivery or you can pick it up yourself at some of our collection points.
What type of packaging do you use?
We use our own design packaging that is especially suitable for transporting bottles. They are reinforced cardboard boxes, in some cases with handles for better transport and all of them are designed so that the bottles do not suffer any mishap during their transfer.
Do you offer free transport over a certain amount?

Yes, for Mallorca, we serve free of charge to any point of the island, from € 60 purchase. For other destinations you can check the details in our Shipping and Transportation section.

How much are the shipping costs?

Shipping costs are calculated automatically according to the destination and the number of products purchased. Shipping costs will be detailed throughout the purchase process and can be reviewed before finalizing the purchase.

What are your delivery times?

Shipping times depend on the destination and the section in which you have purchased.
Mallorca If you have bought in a normal way, without paying an express delivery and you are not a member, you will receive your order in less than 5 business days. If you opt for the ‘Mallorca express’ service, we will deliver it to you within 24 hours. If you are a member, you can enjoy your purchase within 72 hours or less.
Peninsula (does not include Ceuta, Melilla, or the Canary Islands) The delivery time in the peninsula is between 48 and 72 hours.

What countries do you ship to outside of Spain?

We currently serve many countries of the European Union, such as France, Germany, Portugal, Switzerland, etc … You can check the table of shipments, costs and countries in Shipping and Transportation.

What types of delivery services do you offer?
We currently offer 2 types of delivery service: At home or Collection point. For home delivery we offer 2 modalities. Normal shipping (up to 5 days) or Express shipping (24-48 hours).
For delivery to the collection point, we are collaborating with our associate store in Palma ‘Sweet Lucy’ located in Palma, at Ctra. Valldemossa, 60.

We only sell Mallorquin wine. We are in love with the wine of our island and we promote its knowledge to infinity and beyond …
How do you select the wines?

We visit the best vineyards constantly with a selection team looking for new wines and wineries to discover anywhere in the world. We taste all the wines presented in our ‘The 100’ catalog and we only show you those wines that have something to say. If you have a unique project in Mallorca, contact our sales team here.

What do 'The 100' mean?
Los 100 is a selection of 100 Mallorcan wines, which by a series of criteria of our selection team and sommeliers, we present in our catalog to be able to offer you one of the best Mallorcan wine selections that you will be able to see on a web page. We update every year and in that update, we listen to you, we value and we can include new wines, delete some other or leave it another one if it meets expectations.
What wineries do you work with?
We currently work with more than 60 wineries on the island. Only wineries from Mallorca and we are still looking for new ones, to incorporate the latest news and wines to discover.

Purchase

Can you help me find a wine that I can't find on your page?
If you cannot find the wine you are looking for, please contact us through our Customer Service channel at the email info@wine-life.es or by calling 682 489 751 from Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. at 8pm.
Can I order a gift?
Yes, at the time of finalizing your purchase, check the box “For a gift” and write your personalized message. We will include a card with your message.
How are promotional codes used?
If you have a promotional code, you can use it in the last step of the purchase process. Enter your code in the “Promo Code” field and your discount will be applied automatically.
How are returns handled?
If a product does not convince you or you have changed your mind and want to return your order, please contact us on our Customer Service channel at the email info@wine-life.es or on the phone 682 489 751 from Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
Do I have to buy a minimum number of bottles?

No, at WINELIFEE you can buy whatever you want, there is no minimum or maximum purchase. All the wines that we have can be purchased individually. Check our Shipping and Transportation list if you want the shipping costs of your purchase to be free.

Can I buy by phone or email?
Of course, contact us on our Customer Service channel, send us your order, your data with the delivery address in the email pedidos@wine-life.es or call us at 682 489 751 from Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. 20h and we will help you with your purchase.
What means of payment do you offer?
You can make the payment by bank card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, etc.), Paypal or Stripe. If you prefer to do it by bank transfer, you will find all the information when proceeding with your shopping cart, in the last step. If you have questions, contact Customer Service by sending an email to info@wine-life.es or if you prefer, call us at 682 489 751 from Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. and we will help you with your purchase.
Do you have to be a member to buy?

No, if you want to buy without registering, we don’t want to force you. But if you want to know all the advantages of being part of the “The WineLifers” family, you just have to register from a simple form. Being a Member is free and does not entail any purchase commitment. You can register from here.

Experiences

What is an "Experience" on your website?
On our website you will find different food and wine experiences where you can book your wine tasting in various wineries and vineyards in Mallorca, to learn about all those secrets of the world of wine, the winery, the vineyard, etc … Some include food, in addition to the tasting.
Can I reserve my "experience" for several people?
Yes, you can book your “experience” for up to 10 people on our website. If your group is larger, you can check the ‘special prices for groups’. You can contact us on the phone 682 489 751.
Will I receive some kind of confirmation when booking my experience?
Yes, once the payment has been made to enjoy the selected experience, you will receive an email with a coupon that you must present at the winery on the day of your appointment. You can take it on your mobile or printed.

Membership “The Winelifers”

What is ‘THE WINELIFERS’ membership?

It is our wine club. Besides being part of our club, you have many advantages on our website. Being a WINELIFER is very easy. You just have to register hereand choose your 3 or 6 bottle membership.

What is the 'WINELIFE BOX'?

It is the wine box of our membership “THE WINELIFERS”. They are boxes of 3 or 6 bottles. You will discover 3 or more different wines each month. If you choose the 3-bottle WINEBOX you will receive this format of different wines (1 + 1 + 1); If you opt for the 6-bottle WINEBOX, at least 4 different wines will always come in your box and some may be repeated from time to time. By subscribing to the membership, am I already a member of the club "THE WINELIFERS" and will I receive my "WINEBOX" every month?
That’s how it is. So eOnce you choose your payment method and the desired membership (3 or 6 bottles) you are already part of our club and you will receive your box of Mallorcan wines monthly, in addition to receiving a gift and enjoying other benefits on our website.
What is the content of the membership ‘THE WINELIFERS’?

It is a box of 3 or 6 Mallorcan wines. You choose which one you prefer to receive. Includes gifts! We will also send you very useful information and tips to learn how to taste wine from the sofa. Check all the information and gifts here.

How many WINELIFE BOXs do you have available?

What is the monthly fee for “THE WINELIFERS” membership?

Are there shipping costs for the “WINELIFE BOX”?

For Mallorca there are no shipping costs. If you want to receive your box of Mallorcan wines outside the island, check them here.

How and when will I know the contents of the next box?
We will send you the info between the 15th and the 20th of each month by email, with a photo and file of each wine.
What day will I receive my 'WINELIFE BOX'?
We will deliver your WINELIFE BOX between the 5th and 10th of each month where you indicate us.
How and when will I be charged the monthly fee?
Even if you register in the middle of the month, for example, your bank card will not be charged automatically until the 1st and 5th of each month.
Can I subscribe to multiple “The WineLifers” memberships?
Yes, you can subscribe to all the memberships you want. You can choose to receive them in the same place or in different places and cities. Just make sure you fill out the registration forms correctly.
Can the WINELIFE BOX be given away?
Yes, yes and yes! And do not see the illusion that this gift will make to that person you have thought of. Depending on your budget, you can give away from 1 to 12 months of subscription for deliveries in mainland Spain (does not include Ceuta, Melilla or the Canary Islands) and the Balearic Islands.
Can I reject the ‘WINELIFE BOX’ for a month without unsubscribing?
Yes, we are aware that some month there may be something unforeseen and you can reject your ‘WineLifeBox’ up to 4 times a year. And although we would not like to lose you, you can also unsubscribe whenever you want, without any type of penalty.
Will I automatically receive the WINELIFE BOX of the month?
Yes, from the moment you receive the email with the presentation of the box of the month, the process is carried out automatically at the usual address that you indicated at the time of your subscription.
How do I unsubscribe?
You can unsubscribe at any time, although for us it is a shame that you are leaving. You can enter “My account” to cancel the subscription. You can also call us at 682 489 751 or you can send an email to info@wine-life.es with the word “BAJA” in the subject of the email and indicating your data with which you subscribed.
