Skin maceration inside the pneumatic press for 5 hours. The must is left to rest in stainless steel tanks at a temperature of 2ºC for one week.
El Prensal undergoes fermentation in stainless steel at 12ºC and subsequent racking to remove sediments. Aging on fine lees for 5 months. The Chardonnay undergoes fermentation and aging on lees in fine-grained French oak barrels for 6 months.
Yellow color, with golden reflections, intense tears.
