PREPARATION: Selection of grapes of the Cabernet sauvignon, Merlot and Syrah varieties from the Es Pujol estate in the municipality of Maria de la Salut. Fermentation at 28ºC and subsequent maceration in contact with the skins. Aging in French and American oak barrels for one year.

SENSORY ANALYSIS In the sensory analysis it shows an intense cherry red color with violet hues. Bright appearance. Intense and persistent tear. On the olfactory level, aromas of ripe fruit stand out along with intense spices. Forest fruits, berries, blackberries, cloves, roasted. A brief oxygenation improves the aromatic intensity of the wine. Pleasant on the palate. Perfect combination of the tannins of the grape with that of the oak. Well balanced. With body Aroma in the mouth, intense. Long persistence. Serve at a temperature of 16 - 17ºC to enhance its organoleptic characteristics.
