ELABORATION

Made with the varieties Callet, Fogoneu, Merlot, Syrah and Manto negro.

The autochthonous varieties are made in stainless steel tanks with fermentation below 20 ºC to maintain their aromatic components. After fermentation, the wine is kept in tanks to preserve its freshness.

Merlot and Syrah are made together. After fermentation in stainless steel tanks, they go into American and French oak barrels for 6 months.

Final coupage of the different wines and bottling

SENSORY ANALYSIS

Red color with medium intensity violet reflections.

Aromas of red citrus fruit, aromatic herbs such as bay leaf and spicy and balsamic sensations provided by the presence of the barrel.

Ideal to accompany light dishes, rice, meat
