Aging: 12 months in American and French oak barrels.
Tasting notes: cherry red color, with ruby sparkles, clean and bright. On the nose, aromas of medium-high intensity, with hints of red fruits on a quality wood background, which provides aromas of vanilla and toasted, reminiscent of leather, slightly balsamic.
On entry into the mouth it is dry, tasty, broad; its passage is balanced, round, with good acidity, it has an aromatic and long finish.
Recommendations: It combines well with all kinds of grilled meats, not very spicy stews, sausages from the island and is a good accord for Mallorcan cuisine.
Operating temperature: serve between 16º- 18ºC.
