Susana Sempre Roble It is a wine from the Land of Mallorca, made with 30% Cabernet Sauvignon, 15% Merlot and 55% Manto Negro (native to Mallorca). It has a short aging of 6 months in French and American oak barrels. Susana Sempre Roble is a fruit of the passion for the land, the vineyard and the sea, a wine developed by the Oenologist Adolfo Heredia, a lover of wines with his own identity.

Tasting

Susana Sempre Roble has a high robe cherry color, on the nose it gives off spicy aromas, black fruits of medium-high intensity. Susana Sempre Roble in the mouth, gives us a juicy mid-palate, with great structure and medium body, with a long and intense finish. It is recommended to open it about 20 minutes before being consumed.

Pairing

Susana Sempre Roble is an ideal wine and a perfect accompaniment to a Mallorcan frit, meats seasoned with rosemary, rice dishes with meat and mushrooms bases, sausages such as sobrasada or blanquet, fried eggs with ham, pizzas or pasta. It is recommended to serve it between 14º / 16ºC.
