Our solidarity wine It was born from the union of our company with the 'Mallorca Integra Foundation'. A wine with a strong Mallorcan character, with flavors that border our entire Mediterranean coast and that adds up to a commendable work of our beloved Foundation We made it thinking about enjoying ourselves while we drink, but in the rear the idea of supporting a cause and helping a project led by the Mallorca Integra Foundation was kept very much alive.

HOW IS IT MADE?

With the base of our native grapes such as Callet, Fogoneu and Manto negro, it is joined by the French varieties of Merlot and Syrah.

The grapes were made in separate stainless steel tanks until fermentation. Then they went to mixed oak (French and American) for 8 months

The final blend was bottled and rests in the bottle for 12 months before going on the market.

NOTES OF OUR TASTING

Red color with medium intensity violet reflections.

Aromas of red citrus fruit, aromatic herbs such as bay leaf and spicy and balsamic sensations provided by the presence of the barrel.
